Main Objective Ensure the implementation of brand technical standards for all product developments in the U.S., guaranteeing compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. Collaborate closely with technical leaders and external partners, including flavor houses, consulting agencies, FDA representatives, laboratories, and auditing firms. Required Experience 3–5 years of experience in innovation project implementation, contract manufacturing, and licensing. Background in International Trade, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Scientific Support, and PLM. Experience coordinating support contractors in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Negotiate and coordinate to ensure timely, profitable, and compliant product developments. Lead technical evaluations in collaboration with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs teams. Supervise feasibility tests with manufacturers.
