About the role Our sister company, Pawdeli, is seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounting professional to join our dynamic team in Mengwi, Badung, Bali. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our esteemed organisation. Responsibilities Oversee and direct the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard the company's assets Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and drive financial performance Manage the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Finance & Accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing company Proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data Strong leadership and team management capabilities Proficient in the use of financial software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance J-18808-Ljbffr
