The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong collaboration skills to help elevate service standards and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities: Execute operational audits across hotel and resort locations Collect and analyze data on compliance, safety, and efficiency Support audit reporting and follow-up on corrective actions Liaise with property managers and corporate teams to ensure alignment Conduct regular audits of inventory Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Identify risks and control weaknesses Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management 3–5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or operations within hospitality or service industries Familiarity with audit tools, reporting systems, and operational KPIs What We Offer: A dynamic and stimulating work environment.
