Position: Commissioning SME Location: Italy Duration: 3-6 months Hours per week: 40-50 Start Date: ASAP Job Description: Our confidential client is seeking a hands-on Commissioning and Start-Up Specialist for a 3–6-month assignment in Italy. This role involves bringing a facility online, including mechanical, electrical, and process equipment such as tanks and pumps. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during start-up. You will work closely with existing engineering support to ensure smooth commissioning and operational readiness. Immediate availability is required for this fast-paced, high-impact assignment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Lead commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, and process systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pumps, tanks, and other equipment. • Collaborate with engineering support teams to address operational challenges. • Ensure systems are installed, tested, and operationally ready. • Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions as needed. • Document commissioning activities and report progress to management. Must-Have Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical background with hands-on experience troubleshooting and commissioning process equipment.
