ESG Data & Reporting Lead Flexible regarding location - Must have the ability to travel (UK driving license essential) Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ESG Data & Reporting Lead to join our team and drive excellence in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data management and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our sustainability strategy and performance. Reporting directly to the Group Sustainability Manager , and working closely with the Finance Team , you will lead the development and delivery of ESG data processes, climate reporting, and compliance with key regulatory frameworks. More about the role: Climate Data & Reporting Lead annual carbon footprint calculations, supported by the Group Sustainability Manager. Assess and quantify climate risks and opportunities in alignment with the TCFD framework . Data Management & Analysis Oversee the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data from internal teams and external suppliers. Conduct ESG data analysis to inform performance metrics and decision-making. Introduce and manage an ESG Data System to streamline data processes. ESG Reporting & Compliance Prepare and deliver ESG reports in line with frameworks such as TCFD, SECR, CSRD, EcoVadis, and CDP , ensuring regulatory compliance. Support the development of the Annual ESG Report . Prepare monthly ESG data for internal reporting, including Board Reports and the Value Creation Plan . More about you: In-depth knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements in the UK, EU, and USA . Strong background in data management and analysis , with experience handling large datasets. Proven expertise in GHG emissions accounting . Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI , or equivalent data analytics tools.
