Build and maintain relationships with customers Create compelling sales pitches Quote customers as per requirements Meet and exceed monthly targets as set out by Management Complete all paperwork related to the sale including job cards Following of the process of a job through the CRM system to ensure jobs are not delivered late Cold calling / reach out to potential customers Continually staying in contact with customers (i.e birthdays, post delivery follow ups, quality follow ups etc.) Additional responsibilities may be given or may change as required Proven track record in any type of sales role / Experience in a customer service centric role Fully PC literate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to engage with customers at all levels Excellent attention to detail Go-Getter, driven attitude Ability to work under pressure and with high volumes of quotations / orders on a daily basis
