Job Description

TATA* is looking for Service Now Admin. Location: availability to work in Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX; hybrid mode. Experience: 3 years Qualifications: Perform day-to-day administration and support of the ServiceNow platform. Manage users, groups, roles, and access controls. Configure forms, fields, workflows, and automation using ServiceNow tools. Support modules like Incident, Change, Problem, Request. Perform regular platform upgrades, patching, and testing in coordination with stakeholders. Support development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and performance analytics. Troubleshoot issues and support end-users. Ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely. Monitor system performance, logs, and health dashboards; coordinate with ServiceNow support as needed. Ensure compliance with internal standards, best practices, and security policies. Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, script includes, and flow designer workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, or other technologies. Optimize performance and usability of ServiceNow applications through scripting and platform best practices. Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for ServiceNow issues. Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures.
