Job Description: This role is part of the Quality Assurance job family, specifically focusing on application and system ownership. As a PS-QA - Application/Systems Owner, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of specific software applications and systems within the organization. This includes regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and updating as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor specific software applications and systems. Troubleshoot any issues that arise, working towards a timely resolution. Update applications and systems as necessary to improve performance. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure overall system integrity. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with current industry standards and practices. Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field.
