Job and personal requirements: University Degree in Law At least 5 years of experience in providing full scope of in-house legal services Experience in working at multi-national and corporate environment Organizational, communication and influencing skills ( Trusted Adviser proven track records) Excellent English language skills Teamwork, business acumen, customer focus Tasks and responsibilities: Legal support in IPR registration and disputes Templates and legal standards Support in contracting, i.e. drafting, reviewing and commenting of various types of contracts, both client and vendor Support in other legal areas, such as the civil law, corporate matters, employment law and regulatory compliance Taking part in (regular) internal reporting processes (including monitoring legislative changes in specific law areas) Employment law in cases where legal expertise is required Contribution to the internal knowledge management system External Counsels - Co-ordination of work handled by approved external counsels; other counsels’ involvement where appropriate Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
