TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Herrin, Illinois, 62948! Pay Information $2,398 per week About The Position Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 1900 to 0730 Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience License: Current Registered Nurse license Certifications: Current CPR/BLS Card, ACLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting - Ability to work every other weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) Description: Looking for a 13-week ICU RN night shift position. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of ICU experience. Work hours are expected to be from 1900 to 0730. The position includes an expectation of working every other weekend, specifically Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday nights are not considered part of the weekend. Candidates will assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. They will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Providing explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons is essential. Demonstrating the ability to use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions is vital. Candidates should contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meeting core measure responsibilities related to patient care will be part of the role. Participation in continuing education is expected.
