Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,519 per week in Portland, OR

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Valid State License Preferred Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, PALS (preferred) Must-Have: Ability to scrub, TAVR, and mitral clips; experience with complex procedures; complex PCI; Impella or balloon pump experience; experience with ablations. Description: The Cath Lab Tech performs a variety of technical functions and patient care activities during procedures. The primary function is the operation of fluoroscopy in the Cath Lab. Additional responsibilities include monitoring procedures, scrubbing procedures, and assisting with supply and equipment management. Staff may be cross-trained to assist in electrophysiology procedures and support those cases as needed. The Cath Lab Tech may also be trained to assist in specific procedures. This position requires the ability to pull supplies and set up scrub tables for procedures. The role involves draping patients, scrubbing in with physicians for access, and assisting with device changes. Candidates must be able to circulate and scrub procedures. Experience with devices and complex procedures is required.
