Supply Planning Team Lead - Food & Beverage Location: Kehl, Germany Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverage Function: Supply Chain - Supply Planning Level: Team Lead (3-5 years' experience) I'm currently supporting one of the fastest-growing food and beverage brands globally as they continue to scale their European operations. This is a newly created Supply Planning Team Lead role based in Strasbourg, offering the opportunity to step into a high-impact position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving supply planning performance across the European network. You'll lead a team of three and report directly to the Head of Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of supply planners, fostering a high-performance culture Manage end-to-end supply planning across multiple markets in Europe Align supply with demand forecasts to ensure optimal product availability Oversee capacity planning and production scheduling in collaboration with manufacturing sites Optimise inventory levels to balance service, cost, and working capital Partner closely with S&OP, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams Support the implementation of planning tools and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of supply planning experience within the FMCG or food & beverage industry Experience leading or mentoring small teams Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English is essential; French or German is a strong advantage This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business on a steep growth trajectory, where you'll have the autonomy to shape processes, lead a team, and make a tangible impact from day one.
