Outbound Call Centre Representative

About the Role: As a Call Centre Representative, youll be reaching out to potential customers on behalf of our brands. Your goal is to engage, inform, and connect driving interest, generating leads, and closing opportunities where appropriate. Youll need thick skin, a great attitude, and the ability to bounce back from rejection. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Represent our brands in a professional and engaging manner Follow scripts and campaign guidelines while adapting to conversations naturally Record accurate information in our systems Meet daily and weekly targets Work additional hours when required to meet campaign goals What Were Looking For: Confident communicators with a clear and professional phone manner Resilient mindset able to handle rejection and keep going Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible or extra hours when needed Prior experience in outbound calling or sales is a bonus, but not essential What We Offer: Supportive team environment with ongoing training Opportunities for growth and development Incentives and performance bonuses Flexible shifts (including evening or weekend work when required)
