New Vehicle Sales Executive

The New Car Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering a seamless customer experience. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring all customer interactions reflect the dealerships high standards. Key Responsibilities Drive new vehicle sales by actively prospecting and closing deals Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up consistently Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock availability and specifications Manage deal documentation and finance applications accurately Collaborate with sales and admin teams for smooth processing Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs Engage with customers in a professional and ethical manner Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Monitor competitor activity and market trends Represent the dealership at events, promotions, or launches Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity Key Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Target-driven and results-oriented Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive Professional and customer-focused Able to perform under pressure Requirements Minimum 23 years of proven new vehicle sales experience (non-negotiable) Matric or equivalent qualification Valid drivers licence Experience in a high-volume, competitive sales environment Sound understanding of finance and insurance processes Remuneration Market-related salary based on experience Commission Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
