Senior Executive, Digital Marketing

Overview Senior Executive, Digital Marketing role at StarHub . This position is responsible for strategy, implementation, and reporting for all digital campaigns under your care, coordinating with multiple external (agencies) and internal (marketing department, go-to-market teams, product teams) stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business goals and achieve optimal performance. Responsibilities Ensure a best-in-class level of strategy, implementation, and reporting for all digital campaigns under your care. Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and optimize performance. Work closely with the media agency to calibrate the channel mix and the audience mix for each campaign, and collaborate with the marketing department to determine the best content mix for each campaign and funnel phase. Review media performance during and after campaigns with the media agency to optimize outcomes. Relay campaign performances internally to multiple stakeholders (up to VP level) and at various levels of understanding. Collaborate with the web team to optimize landing pages and online funnels to improve CVR and CAC. Research, identify, and propose new channels, audiences, and content formats to continuously improve campaign performance. Partner with Finance to manage internal finance processes for campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a digital media buyer. Solid media buying experience on Search Ads, Social Ads, and Programmatic Ads. Good understanding of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a big plus). Excellent analytical skills and willingness to be hands-on with data. Strong problem solver who identifies potential solutions.
