We are looking for Doorman to join our team! The Doorman is responsible for welcoming guests at the hotel’s main entrance, assisting with luggage, managing traffic flow in the porte cochere, and supporting concierge services. This role ensures a seamless guest experience and upholds Shangri-La’s service standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Services & Arrival Experience Greet guests professionally upon arrival and departure. Assist with luggage handling and coordinate timely delivery and retrieval. Ensure smooth check-in/check-out for FIT guests arriving by limousine. Maintain awareness of hotel events, VIP movements, and occupancy levels. Operational Support Manage traffic flow and taxi availability at the porte cochere. Keep the entrance and lobby areas clean, tidy, and well-staffed. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to key control policies. Teamwork & Communication Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Complete all required training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel procedures. Safety, Sustainability & CSR Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols. Support environmental initiatives and participate in community programmes. Key Requirements At least 1 year's working experience in front facing departments within the hospitality industry.
