BeEpic The Corporate Training Specialist supports the design, coordination, and implementation of training and development programs across Royalton Hotels & Resorts. This role ensures that corporate learning initiatives, brand standards, and service excellence programs are delivered consistently across all properties and departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry. Experience managing annual training plans and monthly training calendars. Background in multi-property and multi-country environments. Skilled in designing engaging, innovative, and customized learning solutions. Experience participating in standardization and continuous improvement projects. Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to travel to different properties as required. Desirable Skills & Competencies Ability to implement and oversee training programs effectively. Experience conducting Train the Trainer sessions. Strong analytical skills to create and interpret reports. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven project management and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Results-oriented, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
