The Role: Junior Underwriter This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a solid foundation in underwriting and financial analysis. You''ll assist in assessing potential clients, supporting deal preparation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the underwriting process. Key Responsibilities Support the underwriting team in preparing deals for review and approval Conduct research and preliminary reviews of potential clients, including analysis of company and credit reports Maintain accurate and up-to-date underwriting documentation and records Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely deal progression Keep abreast of market developments, industry regulations, and risk assessment best practices About You Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or credit analysis Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset Keen interest in financial markets and risk assessment
