Dispatch Manager

Role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in managing dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency/ Manage a team of 6-8 dispatch staff Coordinate schedules, workloads, and logistics to meet deadlines Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality control Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: Proven experience in dispatch management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Diligent, reliable, and details oriented.
