The role is hands-on and creative, offering the opportunity to work on both classic and new recipes Key Responsibilities: Preparing pastries, pies, and samoosas to a high standard Assisting with recipe development and new product testing Supporting the ready-to-eat section in day-today kitchen operations Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Strictly adhering to the recipes when preparing established dishes Relevant Pastry Chef qualification Pastry Chef experience - ability to develop and test new, ready-to-eat products
