Job Title: Manager - Service Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager of Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service, managing a team of service representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager of Service will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, analyze data to identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
