is assisting an elegant Bistro and Deli, opening soon in a Lifestyle Estate on the West Coast to recruit a / The / will join the opening team of a dynamic hospitality group, contributing to the creation of a refined deli and bistro concept that celebrates artisanal flair, South African produce, and coastal freshness. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in baking breads, pastries, sweet & savoury treats, cake sand desserts, and will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. (All images will be checked to ensure ownership ) Requirements & Experience Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker within an upscale or artisanal kitchen environment. Skilled in laminated doughs, breads, cakes, and seasonal desserts. Strong understanding of the balance between creativity and consistency. Ability to manage production for both retail and plated service. A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and demonstrates attention to detail and pride in their craft. A passion for quality, presentation, and innovation in all pastry and bakery offerings.
