Job Description
Qualifications and Experience Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field. Additional training in Business Management or F&B advantageous. Experience: Minimum 57 years lodge/hotel management experience , with at least 3 years in a senior role at a 5-star game lodge . Strong track record in luxury guest service, operations, and staff leadership. Experience managing multicultural teams in a remote environment. Skills & Attributes: Strong financial and administrative management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Guest-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a remote, rural environment. Computer literate (MS Office, reservations systems such as Opera, Panstrat, or similar). Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable. Knowledge of Zulu culture and fluency in English (Zulu/Afrikaans advantageous). Other Requirements: Drivers license and ability to operate lodge vehicles. Willingness to live on-site in Mkuze area. Passion for wildlife, conservation, and authentic safari experiences.
