The ideal candidate must be: Target oriented. Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences which ensures the customer is always at the centre of every interaction. Self-motivated. Dynamic. Have a passion for fashion. Key requirements: Extensive retail experience, preferably in high-end fashion boutiques or premium retail environments. Previous experience with brands such as Poetry, Rosella, or similar upmarket fashion retailers (experience in Sissy Boy or other fashion-focused stores will also be considered). A strong sales track record with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent fashion styling skills and the ability to provide customers with expert advice. Exceptional customer service skills with a client-centric approach. Strong knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and administration. Well-groomed, stylish, and professional presentation. A positive, anything-is-possible attitude and ability to work well within a team. A competitive salary is on offer.
