Support Service Manager

Are you a seasoned operations leader with a passion for creating seamless internal support environments? A leading company in the renewable energy sector is looking for an experienced Support Services Manager to join their senior management team. This role is central to the efficient operation of a multi-disciplinary team that designs, develops, and manages utility-scale solar energy projects. You will oversee a wide range of support services including HCM, legal, IT, translation, travel, facilities management, ISO & ESG accreditation, and more. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage a team of internal support professionals across various functions. Oversee the day-to-day delivery of all internal support services. Collaborate with departmental heads to align services with company objectives. Manage budgets, drive operational efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Develop internal policies and procedures to support ISO and ESG compliance. Ensure smooth coordination across teams including Project Design, Operations, Finance, and Delivery. We're Looking For: 7 years experience in senior leadership, ideally in renewable energy, engineering, or construction. A Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred). Proven ability to manage diverse internal functions from HR and IT to legal and infrastructure. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera P6, Oracle HCM, and MS Project is a plus. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
