Reporting to the L4B Channel Lead for South, we are looking to recruit a special individual to join our Italian L4B team as a Channel Account Manager. The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B business via specific named account(s) and/or our unmanaged partner base. You will have end‑to‑end ownership, supporting accounts across Italy and working with all local stakeholders within the account and at Logitech. Your Contribution Be Yourself. Be Open. In this role you will Build and implement a channel development and revenue plan jointly with partners that is consistent with the set overall revenue and growth targets. Assist in coordinating training on new products, solution sets, Logitech corporate direction, and business processes. Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordinating marketing budget, and Logitech channel marketing programs. Actively participate in local sales meetings and workgroups as required. Manage deal registration, forecasting, and pipeline with channel partners. Design and execute the strategy to tap the full potential of your account(s). Achieve targets in an intense, fast‑paced, rapidly changing, and quarterly driven environment. Take ownership of the business plan and its execution within the account. Maintain an accurate and updated business plan with all relevant figures and activities. Salesforce will be the primary business tool for tracking all aspects of account management. Collaborate with in‑country sales teams to agree on and implement a partner strategy. Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications Business Development Mindset: Hands‑on and able to manage the entire sales cycle, with 3 years’ experience in business development and joint business planning. Results‑Driven: Discerning with regard to priorities, self‑motivated, and able to achieve targets in a fast‑paced environment. Channel Management Expertise: 3 years’ experience in managing channel partners within the IT industry, with proven and recurring success in Unified Communications/IT B2B segment. Market Knowledge: Knowledge of IT platforms and the video collaboration market. Solution Selling: Experience in solution selling through partners. Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. Collaborative & Influential: Excels in collaboration and relationship‑building skills, an influential communicator with great presentation skills. Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken, is mandatory. Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
