Your Mission Promote and drive the adoption of Orion’s pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region. Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets. Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses. Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia. Continuously monitor competitor activity and market developments. Your Profile A completed degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or a pharmaceutical background. At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of English Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills. A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility Strong presentation and communication skills Organizational skills and resilience High social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team Identification with the corporate values of Orion Pharma From € 3.100 to € 4.000 per month What We Offer A dynamic and supportive team environment.
