Who we are Our Customer Consulting practice is a dynamic and growing team based in Belgium, part of the broader Management Consulting department, and embedded in PwC’s European Customer Consulting practice with a total headcount of 100 people. We work across a large array of industries on diverse commercial topics such as commercial strategy, customer experience, sales and marketing, digital commerce, pricing & profitability, and customer service & engagement, providing you the opportunity to explore different facets of your interest. More particularly, you will: Have quality discussions with executives together with your project team to understand their key commercial challenges in the areas of commercial strategy, customer experience, sales and marketing, digital commerce, pricing & profitability, and customer service & engagement; Support in analyzing complex commercial issues (both quantitatively and qualitatively) and derive insights; Co-create customer-centric ambitions , strategies, go-to-markets and execution plans together with clients and their customer; Facilitate workshops together with experienced colleagues to help innovate and indicate improvements across the entire customer journey; Collaborate with clients to get the strategy materialized via tactical activities such as setting up proof-of-concepts; Contribute to growing our Customer practice by supporting on internal initiatives such as business development, marketing and recruitment; Do all this in the midst of a fun-loving team , that will make sure the intense days will be balanced out with get-together downtime. All of this combined means you will gain crucial professional experience in: Communicating and collaborating effectively with all organizational levels Performing efficient quantitative and qualitative analysis Creating a compelling and substantiated strategy that goes end-to-end Actually realizing the intended benefits of a strategy (and not staying in an ivory tower) Building valuable relationships that last your entire professional career Setting and securing balanced work/life boundaries About you Master’s degree in business, biological or civil engineering, possibly complemented by a second master’s degree in corporate business; Maximum 2 years of work experience or now completing your final year of studies; Analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to process and derive insights from data, using the appropriate tooling; Proactive, client- and solution-oriented mindset with lots of creativity to drive innovation; Excellent communicator; Team player, easily adapting to changing circumstances; Eager to learn and ability to transform challenges into opportunities; Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (with working knowledge of the other); Life at PwC Belgium Our culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
