Production Operator

We’re looking for motivated Production Operators to support our busy manufacturing and logistics department . This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in production within the aerospace industry. Hours: 39 per week Core shift: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–1pm Overtime Available Department: Production / Logistics / Manufacturing Reports to: Manufacturing Leader Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of general operator duties within the manufacturing plant Manual assembly of seat parts, stores duties, leather work, machine operations Preparing and painting finished parts Follow production build plans and supervisor instructions Adhere to quality procedures to ensure a high standard of output Maintain a safe and clean working environment Support and contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement Ideal Candidate: Reliable, punctual, and motivated Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexible with working hours, overtime, and occasional travel Capable of meeting targets and deadlines No prior experience required – full training will be provided Please note: Right to Work in the UK is required for this position.
