Responsibilities : Leading a small team of engineers and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed safely and effectively. Supporting day-to-day site operations, including planned and reactive works. Acting as the main point of contact during your shift for client teams and contractors. Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site-specific protocols. Managing handovers, documentation, and reporting accurately. Qualifications : Experience supervising technical or engineering teams within FM or critical environments. A background in mechanical or electrical building systems. Required Skills : Strong organisational and communication skills. A safety-first mindset and commitment to high standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, secure setting.
