This position is based at our plant in Estrées Saint Denis (10 minutes from Compiègne) Process Project Leader Reporting to the Process Manager, this role will contribute to the local and the EMEA Process Engineering team, with the main following missions: As the Process Project Leader you will: Optimize the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiency Develop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needs Reduce the environmental impact of the production (reduce CO 2 emission, energy and water consumption) Lead projects and be accountable for the outcome Conduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production Your profile: Master’s degree in chemical or polymer engineering or any related field of study Knowledge in technologies to process polyolefin materials Statistical analysis capabilities Advanced office user (including macro for office suite) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and structured text is beneficial Proficiency in French and English.
