Freelance Personal Trainer

This lodge is elevated on a beautiful sprawling 5,000 hectare private concession, and boasts 9 luxurious en-suite villas, of which two are family suites, all with magnificent sea views. In need of a Personal Trainer from 26 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized body (e.g., ACE, NASM, REPs South Africa) Additional certification in fitness, mobility training, or rehabilitation exercise is highly desirable. Minimum 35 years of personal training experience. Proven experience working with older adults Experience in designing low-impact, functional, and strength-based programs tailored to seniors. Exposure to group fitness classes and one-on-one sessions. Knowledge of outdoor training programs (for eco-lodge setting). Strong understanding of age-related physiological changes and limitations. Ability to assess fitness levels safely and design personalized programs. Excellent communication skills able to motivate and encourage guests. Patience, empathy, and attention to guests safety. Ability to adapt sessions to a range of mobility and fitness levels. Familiarity with functional training, resistance bands, yoga, pilates, and light cardio.
