Technical Sales Representative

The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and representing the company as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry and a proven track record in sales, client management, and strategic business development. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly. Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Utilize the CRM system effectively in accordance with company SOPs for accurate record-keeping and reporting. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales campaigns. Gather customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and service levels. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and projects. Key Requirements: Previous experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry is preferred, particularly with companies such as Hypertherm, Kjelberg, KMT, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organizational skills and a structured, methodical approach to work. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to anticipate client needs. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable, accountable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Positive attitude with a commitment to achieving results and contributing to team success.
