We're hiring: LATAM Cluster Compliance Officer Location: Mexico (preferred), Brazil, Chile, or Argentina Start date: ASAP Are you an experienced compliance leader in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry? This is your chance to join a global company committed to ethics and integrity. Key Responsibilities : Lead and implement the Compliance & Ethics program across LATAM. Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership. Supervise and support local compliance officers. Oversee risk assessments, monitoring, and policy implementation. Provide guidance on anti-corruption, privacy, conflicts of interest, and healthcare compliance. Ideal Profile : Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Compliance, or related fields. Proven experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Advanced English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
