Process Engineer

Process Engineer About the Role Reporting to the Engineerin Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing production processes that meet quality, efficiency, and safety goals. This role focuses on implementing manufacturing methods, defining production standards, designing process flows and plant layouts, and ensuring the effective use of tools, materials, and equipment. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize production processes to improve cycle times and reduce quality issues. Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistency and efficiency. Define and implement the necessary tools and equipment for each production stage. Prepare work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids to support training and operations. Train operators, technicians, and supervisors on new or improved production processes. Design and update plant layouts to enhance workflow and resource utilization. Lead preventive and corrective actions to address production challenges. Support continuous improvement initiatives and project implementation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong English communication skills (oral and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Experience in tool design and automated equipment programming. Solid background in project management and problem solving.
