Product Engineer

BEPC is seeking a Product Engineer to join our rapidly growing team of consultants in Ciudad Juárez . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and lead technical resources to ensure project objectives are met. Manage and plan team activities, assign tasks, and track project progress. Identify and help resolve technical or logistical challenges. Serve as the main technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Promote effective communication, teamwork, and informed decision-making. Provide both technical and leadership support , focusing on continuous improvement and project success. Basic Requirements Proven experience in project or initiative management , including team coordination and resource planning. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks , manage risks , and develop action plans . Experience collaborating across multiple departments and acting as a liaison between technical teams and project management. Solid knowledge of PLM and configuration processes . Hands-on experience with PLM systems (e.g., ADAPTIV or similar) and expertise in document creation, control, and obsolescence , as well as bills of materials and product specifications .
