What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly voice our customers count on for help and information. You’ll handle phone calls and emails, de-escalate tough situations with empathy, and work closely with other departments to make sure every issue is resolved quickly and professionally. Your day might include: Answering customer calls and emails with professionalism and care Providing updates on repairs, orders, and shipping details Helping customers navigate issues and finding quick solutions Keeping accurate notes on calls and follow-ups Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers get the best service possible Managing a high volume of calls and messages while staying calm and focused What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 3 years of customer service experience — call center or technical support experience is a plus Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written A calm, professional attitude even when things get busy Strong multitasking and time-management skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP experience is a bonus!)
