Integration Engineer - EDI/Supply Chain - W2 Only

Job Description Job Description Senior EDI Software Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite Mon–Thu) We’re seeking a Senior EDI Software Engineer to support food safety tracking and compliance initiatives. This role focuses on designing and implementing EDI integrations using IBM Sterling B2Bi , while working directly with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and compliance. What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and maintain EDI solutions (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML). Lead technical design and development in a small, collaborative team. Partner with suppliers and represent the organization in business/technical discussions. Implement integrations with IBM Sterling, IBM MQ, Kafka, and APIs. Drive innovation, mentor team members, and support modernization initiatives. What We’re Looking For: 5 years of software/EDI development experience. Strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2Bi and EDI standards. Knowledge of communication protocols (AS2, SFTP) and middleware tools. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, SOAP/REST, CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and supplier-facing skills. Details: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH (Mon–Thu). In-person interview coding challenge required. Must be able to convert to FTE without sponsorship.
