Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Superintendent Commonwealth Construction Management (CCM) is seeking full time commercial superintendents for projects ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000. Project types are restaurants, tenant improvements, dental/medical primarily in the Central Virginia area. We approach each project as a unique opportunity to provide value, find solutions and simplify the construction process for our clients. Our mission simply is: To be there, ALWAYS, for the client. Here's what we need: Experience and knowledge of all phases of construction is required and strong technical knowledge, safety management and communication skills are critical. High School Diploma or equivalent. 4-5 years of commercial construction field experience. Two years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management. Proficiency in using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook). Experience with Procore is a plus. Ability to read plans and specifications. Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
