Your Role You’ll work with existing clients , understanding their business challenges and recommending the right mix of Citation services to support their growth. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role focused on cross-selling and upselling value-driven solutions not cold calling. Your goal is to deepen client relationships, increase revenue, and help businesses thrive. Key Responsibilities Engage and consult with clients to identify current and emerging needs Recommend relevant services through effective cross-selling and upselling Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections with confidence Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline via CRM systems Collaborate across teams to ensure clients receive seamless support What You Bring Proven B2B sales experience with a record of hitting or exceeding targets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in objection handling and consultative selling A resilient, client-focused, and target-driven mindset Proficiency in using CRM and digital tools Why Join Us?
