Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting a Recruitment & Development Manager to join a progressive and forward-thinking SME business, that truly values its people. As Recruitment & Development Manager you'll be instrumental in shaping the employer value proposition (EVP), career pathways, and learning frameworks, while ensuring our people practices are future-ready, inclusive, and aligned with our values. Key Responsibilities: You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand. You will design and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to meet current and future hiring needs. As Recruitment and Development Manager you will be responsible assessing training needs to develop comprehensive training frameworks that support capability building, ensure compliance, and foster leadership development. You will take ownership in the delivery of the People Strategy across the business in conjunction with the HR Director. You will have full involvement with delivering an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) framework and strategy You will ideally be CIPD qualified, with a strong track record in recruitment, learning and development, or broader people-focused roles, having a strategic mind and practical, hands-on approach to implementation and measurable business impact. This is a newly created opportunity working alongside a highly talented HR Director to make a real difference.
