People Partner| London | Permanent, Hybrid | £50,000 We are recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial cleaning and facilities services company with a workforce of over 7,000 colleagues across multiple client sites. Role Purpose As the People Partner you will be a trusted advisor to our operational leadership, specialising in: Complex employee relations casework. TUPE Mobilisations. Redundancy & Change Programmes. You will ensure our people processes are compliant, consistent and fully aligned with our values, supporting business continuity and colleague wellbeing. Experience & Skills Required: Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner / People Partner in a large, multi‑site organisation with a significant frontline workforce. Proven track record of independently managing complex ER casework. Strong experience leading TUPE transfers and contract mobilisations. Demonstrated expertise in managing redundancy and organisational change programmes. Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills. Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
