Overview Alliance Consulting , a leading firm for nearly 25 years in the recruitment of executives and expert managers in Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition, Dietetics, and Beauty, is supporting a major French group in the pharmacy sector, active internationally and particularly in the field of dietary supplements. Following recent acquisitions and to support growth projects, the company is seeking a General Manager . Responsibilities Work in close collaboration with the Group’s President to implement strategic directions defined by governance, aiming to develop the business, create value, and pursue innovation. Act as a Manager-Coach to operational managers, challenging performance objectives, fostering team engagement and skills development, and embodying the Group’s culture and values. Carry full responsibility for the P&L and KPIs across departments, ensure budgetary discipline, and oversee investment management. Lead with a hands-on, business-oriented approach, with strong knowledge of supply chain operations and constraints; manage budget processes and financial monitoring. Qualifications M/F, graduate of a Business School (ESC) and ideally with a postgraduate degree in Marketing/Management, with at least 15 years of proven, successful experience as a Sales Director/Marketing Director/BU Manager , and strong knowledge of retail pharma distribution . Skilled in project management and closely connected to teams, you are business-oriented with solid financial acumen. The international scope of this position requires fluency in English.
