Join to apply for the Finance Director KDB FBL H/F role at KONE . Overall accountability for KDB financial matters in a FL unit. Drives & supports management team to find levers for profitable growth, ensures margin improvement and positive cash conversion development. Accountable for efficient finance processes, internal controls and compliance with local regulations, as well as resourcing and performance management of the FL finance team. Key responsibilities include: Driving business performance and decision-making by providing strategic guidance, actionable insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders in FL. Developing and supporting the implementation of the KDB strategy, especially in customer-facing finance activities such as invoicing, collection, and working capital development. Strategic planning at the FL management team level to drive topline growth and operational efficiency. Financial transactions and compliance: Ensuring end-to-end finance process performance in FL. Maintaining complete and accurate financial records of FL legal entities, including timely audits. Ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations in financial reporting, treasury, and tax areas. Internal controls & team leadership: Implementing and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. Leading, coaching, and developing the finance team, managing performance, talent development, and succession planning. Key competencies and experience: At least 7 years of experience in a finance leadership role. Proven business acumen and successful business partnering experience. Preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or relevant field. Experience working in matrix organizations and with external service providers. Strong communication and presentation skills; English as working language. Integrity and experience with internal controls. Leadership experience.
