We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career. I am looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for an insurance company. Your duties will be to : -Supervise the Accounts Receivable team, ensure quality of work and foster development. -Monitor the age of accounts, coordinate reminders and collections, and participate in collection calls. Reconcile receivables-related balance sheet accounts and respond to internal/external requests (e.g. brokers). -Guarantee quality customer service within the department. -Participate in internal and external audits. -Ensure compliance with company policies and business rules. -Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency. -Other related duties Your profile: -At least 7 years' experience in corporate accounting. -At least 5 years' experience in team management. -Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken (bilingualism required). -Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP. -Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.). -Thoroughness, organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to evolve in a fast-growing and changing environment.
