A leading processing plant specializing in structural engineering is seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the maintenance, fabrication, and installation of steel structures and plant equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Fabricate, assemble, and install steel structures and plant components according to engineering specifications - Repair and maintain boilers, vessels, conveyors, chutes, and related equipment - Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and job specifications - Ensure welding, cutting, and shaping tasks meet quality and safety standards - Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance within the plant - Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical challenges - Comply with workplace health and safety regulations Minimum Requirements: - Recognized Boilermaker trade qualification (Red Seal mandatory) - Proven experience in a structural engineering or processing plant environment - Proficient in arc, MIG, and TIG welding techniques - Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - Knowledge of materials handling and steel fabrication processes - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adherence to stringent safety procedures - Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
