We are hiring Position : Technical Facilities Manager ( JSE) E.E: Male (African, Coloured, Indian) Salary: R 52 500 – R 62 500 Location: Sandton We are seeking a Technical Facilities Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation for facilities management contracts and property services, including the overseeing of the maintenance, repair, and renovation of building systems. You will manage budgets, contractors, and staff, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. You will possess a strong understanding of building systems and technologies, and have excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Key Competencies • Good understanding of financial reporting • Understanding of project management principles • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Leadership and team management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise Qualifications and experience • National Diploma / Degree or B Tech in Engineering: Civil /Electrical / Mechanical or related formal qualification • Matric (Senior Certificate) • Valid SA Driver’s License • 5 to 10 years relevant Engineering/ Technical Management/ Property Management • Good knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety best practice and methodologies
