We are expanding our team and hiring a Client Service Associate. This position is crucial in supporting the advisory team and the clients, including facilitating and maintaining ongoing client support, answering general inquiries, handling various client matters, researching and resolving client service issues, preparing required documents, marketing efforts, and administrative tasks. You may be a good fit if you're an administrative pro who can deepen client relationships through phone conversation and in person. You are organized and able to work independently while thoroughly enjoy being part of a team. You love organizing paper and projects and enjoy filling out forms meticulously. You’re a go-getter when it comes to follow through and details rarely slip your grasp. You are also a bit of a techie, with intermediate to advanced level skills in all Microsoft programs and you love learning and using new technology. You are naturally curious and take immense pride in your work. Though industry experience could be helpful, we are willing to train the person that innately carries this service attitude. Responsibilities Prepare investment and account paperwork and manage the transfer of assets Process various client service items, including withdrawals, beneficiary changes, etc. Follow up with clients verbally and in writing to obtain required information Compile physical and digital documentation for clients and prospects; download, upload, and manage documentation within secure portals, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping Deliver superior client service – troubleshoot problems and serve as liaison between advisory team and clients Maintain client records in database, including documentation of phone calls and conversations Communicate with the broker/dealer, custodian, and product firm contacts Ad-hoc project assistance for advisors and others Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field highly preferred; will consider High School Diploma with more than 2 years’ experience 2 years of progressive experience in wealth management highly preferred Series 65 or Series 66 highly preferred; SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 is a plus Intermediate to Advanced skills in all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to communicate with clients and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner both verbally and in written format Strong with technology and aptitude to learn new software programs Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of changing responsibilities and manage time-sensitive projects with specific attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus, but not required CRM Software experience required; Wealthbox knowledge highly preferred Industry-specific software/platform experience preferred; Fidelity, Schwab
