Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Appliance Sales & Parts Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish. This position involves assisting customers with appliance and parts sales, coordinating service calls, managing inventory and orders for parts, and providing administrative support to the service and sales teams. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing front-counter sales with behind-the-scenes logistics. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in-store and by phone; assist with appliance and parts sales Identify and order correct appliance parts using model and serial numbers. Communicate with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery of parts. Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, orders, and service jobs. Follow up with customers regarding service updates, parts arrivals, or product availability. Assist with processing sales invoices, returns, and warranty claims. Support showroom organization, product labeling, and pricing updates. Collaborate with the service manager and delivery team to ensure efficient operations. Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at all times. Qualifications Prior experience in appliance sales, parts, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, order entry, and scheduling software). Ability to identify common appliance brands, models, and parts (training provided). Professional and courteous demeanor with both customers and coworkers. Schedule & Compensation Full-time position (weekdays and some Saturdays). Competitive pay based on experience.
