Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the construction project, from initiation to completion. Implement strategies using AI and automation tools to optimize project delivery and resource allocation. Maintain consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, construction teams, and external contractors. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards. Manage budgets, including forecasts and actual expenditures, while securing resources and ensuring quality control. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and reports using project management software integrated with AI tools. Proficient in project management software like MS Project or Primavera. Experience with AI-driven tools and technologies in construction. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively manage complex budgets. Keen problem-solving and analytical skills.
